If a leader doesn't know what his real intentions are, what he feels or what he asks of others, that won't happen. We all have an intuitive  (often unconscious) interaction, but we have forgotten how to listen and talk about it.

Your intention and feelings always have an effect on the environment. We all react intuitively and unconsciously to each other without including that in our conscious communication through words and body language. Unconsciously we communicate much more than words and body language through our radiance / energy. The information we have in our radiation/energy comes from our intentions, feelings and thoughts and is therefore subject to change. It is the information  of whom we are at the moment. If you are not aware of your inner world (intentions, feelings and thoughts) then you do not know what your radiance / energy is and you will receive reactions from your environment that you do not understand. Problems that keep coming back often come from the area of radiance/energy. The greater the difference between who you are and how you act, the more tension and resistance you and the other experience. Birds of prey show that difference flawlessly. To experience and become aware of your inner world, you need to be in touch with yourself while doing something. And don't just focus on what you do.
